Art Nouveau era pendant with a high quality faceted citrine set in a 14 karat gold scalloped frame decorated with flowers and scroll work. This pendant was converted from an antique brooch. Citrine is a birthstone for November. It’s also recognized as the gem that commemorates the thirteenth anniversary. American, circa 1900. The original brooch was made by The Brassler Company. Hans Brassler was an American Art Nouveau era jeweler based out of Newark, NJ. The Brassler Company is best known for creating imaginative pins and brooches and fine colored stone jewelry.
